As a Technical Solution Delivery Manager, you'll collaborate across various teams, including business development, operations, Enterprise Architecture, and technology, to craft innovative technological solutions aligned with business needs. Your core responsibilities include ensuring the engineered environment meets specifications, encompassing business requirements, application design, and infrastructure needs. Hands-on solution architecture design is central to your role.
You'll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, working closely with market and central product teams. Understanding and documenting business principles, goals, and strategic drivers are key aspects of your role. Proactively seeking opportunities to integrate cutting-edge technologies and enhance technology operations is also part of your remit.
You'll interact with business partners and product engineering teams, sharing and directing architecture practices influencing business solution delivery. Additionally, you'll develop scripts and programs to address regional technology support requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business management preferred.
- Advanced understanding of solution architecture, complex application systems design, and platform integration via modern methodologies like RESTful APIs.
- Experienced in SDLC methodologies, practices, and compliance policies.
- Domain knowledge in financial industries.
- Demonstrated ability to expedite results, emphasizing reducing cycle time and accelerating new product launches.
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and influential leadership skills, with proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Experience in software development lifecycle and technical project management using agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in both Japanese (N2) and English languages
