DDI Infrastructure Engineer (Financial Leader, 12.5m+ base!)

Our client are a global financial services organization with an extensive international network seeking an IT DDI Infrastructure Engineer. You'll be responsible for design, implementation, and management of DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IP address management) and Time Services infrastructure.
The suitable candidate will be bilingual, capable of dealing with both domestic and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Design and manage the DDI infrastructure and Time Services within data centers.
- Serve as the technical contact for cross-functional team collaboration
- Ensure successful application onboarding and integration.
- Provide L2/L3 operational support.
- Lead automation efforts to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage infrastructure projects across global, regional, and local levels.
- Analyze system performance and capacity to ensure efficiency.
- Document technical processes and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in DDI and Time Services management within an enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of DDI technologies such as BlueCat, QIP, Meinberg, and Amazon Route 53 service.
- Understanding of network protocols, security principles, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and automation tools (e.g., Terraform) is a plus.
- Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
