The key objective of this role is to provide Talent Acquisition support through direct sourcing and deliver strategies to ensure success in our recruitment workflow. The role is to formulate Talent Acquisition sourcing channels, policies, and processes to a global plan.

You should have demonstrated experience in finding exceptional talent. Knowledge of the manufacturing sector is a plus.

Communication skills are essential for this position. This is an international company. You will need native level Japanese and Business level English for this role.

Required Skills

• Native level Japanese.
• Business level English.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Good knowledge of Labor laws.
• Strong operational HR experience in a global company.
• 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition focused on direct sourcing.
• Extensive recruitment methodologies including but not limited: Facebook, LinkedIn, Job Boards, Indeed, Recruit and Social Media.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting websites, applicant tracking systems, and other creative sourcing techniques.
• Ability to deliver results, and effectively manage multiple projects.
• Technically savvy to utilize appropriate systems, reporting tools, IT services.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
