Key Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term recruitment strategies with HRBP and senior leaders
- Manage and develop recruitment team leaders
- Optimize recruitment processes and onboarding
- Analyze recruitment data using Tableau
- Report recruitment status to executives and propose improvements
- Coordinate with global TA teams for recruitment alignment
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in recruitment, including in-house and agency experience
- 5+ years managing teams of 5 or more
- Experience in global companies
- Collaboration with HRBP and VP-level executives
- Fluent in Japanese
- Fluent in English
- Experience with Tableau for data analysis
- Experience in recruitment strategy development
