Your Responsibilities

• Profit and loss (P / L) management, KPI reporting (company-wide, in-house)
• New personnel acceptance, education for members of the business division
• Drafting and supervising policy within business divisions such as compliance and security

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• 5+ years industry experience
• Experience in handling the PDCA cycle
• Business-level English
• Fluent-level Japanese
