Junior and Senior Accounting Specialist

We are looking for Junior and Senior Accounting Staff for a top company in the medical device industry in Tokyo. These roles involve both consolidated and domestic accounting tasks, offering the chance to work in a global setting. You will help support the company's growth and ensure financial accuracy.

You'll work with a skilled team, contribute to international accounting projects, and have chances for career growth, including possible managerial roles and global assignments. 主な業務内容：

- 基本的な会計業務および社内報告の処理

- 各部門への会計実務に関するアドバイス

- 承認書類のコンプライアンス確認

- 子会社との連携による連結報告

- 国際会計会議への参加と財務諸表の作成補助

- 会議資料の準備とJ-SOX要件の遵守

- 国内子会社との会計プロセスの標準化

- 会計プロセスの分析・改善

- コンプライアンスに関する監査対応

- 複雑な会計業務のリード

- 部門への会計指導および承認書類のレビュー

- 会計方針の策定と実施（日本の会計基準（GAAP）に基づく）

- 子会社の連結会計管理および複雑な課題の対応

- 国際財務会議でのディスカッションの主導

- グループ全体の会計方針の策定とレビュー

応募資格：

- 学士号以上

- 日本語が流暢で、英語に堪能な方

- ジュニアスタッフには3年以上の会計または監査経験

- シニアスタッフには5年以上の会計または監査経験

- ジュニアスタッフには日本の会計基準（GAAP）の基本知識

- シニアスタッフには日本の会計基準（GAAP）およびIFRSの知識

- CPA、日本商工会議所簿記、またはBATICの資格があれば尚可

- SAP、Hyperion、ProNeXus Worksの経験があれば尚可

- 国際的なチームや監査の経験があれば尚可
