Global IT Firm looking for a Recruitment Operations and Strategy Lead to run a team of ten. Great opportunity to lead a market leader in the space, as well as partner closely with Global and APAC Leadership teams.
This will include overseeing and revising recruitment planning, driving recruitment operation, managing the candidate experience as well as overseeing the development and performance management of the Recruitment Team in Japan.
As Japan lead you will be heavily involved in strategizing with global recruitment and business partners and thus native levels of English and Japanese are essential for the role.
This role requires no direct recruiting as key responsibilities are to ensure recruitment operations are optimized and team is developing effectively.
