Key Responsibilities
- Create and carry out a recruitment plan to meet staffing needs for the event.
- Manage quick hiring and onboarding to smoothly integrate a large workforce.
- Plan workforce changes to match event timelines.
- Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws during staff transitions after the event.
- Develop HR policies to improve efficiency and ensure legal compliance.
- Provide strategic HR leadership, aligning with company goals in Japan.
- Act as a bridge between global and local teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Build and lead a strong HR team to support recruitment and administrative tasks.
