マネージャーの下で厚生労働省令及びQMSに基づく品質保証業務

• 苦情品の原因調査
• 顧客コミュニケーション用の情報提供
• 製品品質にかかわる品質保証業務の遂行と関連部門との協業（海外製造所、国内安全管理部門、国内マーケティング部門など）
• 国内製造所における品質保証体制の確立、維持及び管理

国内製造所における高度管理医療機器等販売業及び医薬品卸売販売業に係る業務の管理及び業態維持

• 高度管理医療機器等販売業及び医薬品卸売販売業の定期更新及び変更管理に係る業務（監査対応、手順書、記録類の整備）
