Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies.
• Effectively balance cost, quality, and delivery times.
• Lead sourcing activities including supplier evaluation, selection, and negotiation.
• Manage contractual relationships and handle negotiations with suppliers.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in procurement, handling both direct and indirect materials.
• Experience working in international companies (preferred).
• Japanese language fluency is mandatory.
