Our client are a global manufacturer of B2B products, seeking an IT Specialist to manage and support Japan IT infrastructure and software. You'll also play a key role in process improvement, and IT project rollouts.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for IT queries, providing remote support and resolving issues.
• Train and guide users on IT systems, including new system introductions.
• Record and manage IT issues and helpdesk activities.
• Collaborate with the IT Manager on IT project implementation as required.
• Support users in integrating IT projects, ensuring smooth operation.
• Maintain network systems, servers, client PCs, and the ERP system.

Qualifications:

• Experience in IT support, with a focus on hardware and software.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in IT project management and implementation.
• Up-to-date knowledge of IT developments.
• Japanese language fluency is mandatory.
