Our Client

Specialized Group’s client is a financial technology company with a growing team in Japan. This company is an evolving player in the Japanese Fintech sector. You will be managing key accounts with access to senior management.

Your Responsibilities

• Defines strategy to grow business accounts
• Understands his accounts business and IT strategy
• Defines a clear plan
• Establishes relationships at all levels (including C-level) in all relevant divisions
• Sales management of accounts throughout their lifecycle (from the first call to closure)
• Identifies and qualifies new opportunities
• Identifies/builds the best solution to meet the clients requirements
• Sets-up meetings efficiently
• Organizes presentations and demonstration of our solutions
• Able to negotiate commercial terms and new business contracts
• Collaborates with the company to execute strategies and win opportunities

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Fluent Japanese mandatory (native or JLPT1 equivalent)
• Business level English (written and verbal)
• Strong presentation and written communication skills
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling technology
• Previous work experience in financial software selling is advantageous
• Track record of selling large deals in Japan
• In-depth knowledge of Japan financial markets is advantageous.
• Strong ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and to collaborate with overseas colleagues
