Our Client
Specialized Group’s client is a financial technology company with a growing team in Japan. This company is an evolving player in the Japanese Fintech sector. You will be managing key accounts with access to senior management.
Your Responsibilities
- Defines strategy to grow business accounts
- Understands his accounts business and IT strategy
- Defines a clear plan
- Establishes relationships at all levels (including C-level) in all relevant divisions
- Sales management of accounts throughout their lifecycle (from the first call to closure)
- Identifies and qualifies new opportunities
- Identifies/builds the best solution to meet the clients requirements
- Sets-up meetings efficiently
- Organizes presentations and demonstration of our solutions
- Able to negotiate commercial terms and new business contracts
- Collaborates with the company to execute strategies and win opportunities
The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed
- Fluent Japanese mandatory (native or JLPT1 equivalent)
- Business level English (written and verbal)
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling technology
- Previous work experience in financial software selling is advantageous
- Track record of selling large deals in Japan
- In-depth knowledge of Japan financial markets is advantageous.
- Strong ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and to collaborate with overseas colleagues
