We are searching for an IT Customer Support Executive. A solid background in information technology is an advantage.

As part of our excellent team; you will be providing technical support for our customers. You will be managing cases and tracking resolutions. Experience in customer service in an international environment is preferred.

You will be consulting with clients, so good communication is crucial. You should be fluent in Japanese with business level English for this role.

Required Skills

  • Native level Japanese
  • Business level English
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service or IT environment (application support role preferred)
  • Experience in the financial industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of Investment Banking and Investment Management products or applications is a plus
  • Analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and develop solutions
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
