Specialized Group is currently looking for a bilingual HR Generalist at an International Software Firm. Budget up to 9M, flexible work hours and opportunity to work the Global HR Team. 

Your Responsibilities

• Develop HR Policy and Initiatives related to Rewards, Compensation Review.
• Work directly with the COO and the Global HR, on Change Management, Organizational Development and aligning HR with Business Goals.
• Use your Japanese Labor Law knowledge to provide staff and Managers from a HR Perspective.
• Identify training needs and develop internal talent to increase productivity and retainment.
• Oversee Recruitment activities and headcount planning.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed 

• Fluent Japanese & English
• 4+ years of HR experience in Japan
• Flexible and Adaptable
• Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
