Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll processing and social insurance for hundreds of employees.
- Implement and optimize new payroll system / software.
- Handle the creation and distribution of HR documents.
- Manage and update the employee compensation and benefits program.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee the management of attendance records.
Qualifications:
- Experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, or human resources.
- Experienced with Japanese payroll systems and regulations.
- Fluent in Japanese.
