Our client are a key player in providing data centre, infrastructure, and solutions, with a large global presence. They are searching for a HR Operations Generalist. You'll work on a wide range of HR tasks, as well as supporting the company's commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage employee experience throughout their tenure.
- Provide HR operational support for all employment stages.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with external partners on payroll and benefits.
- Keep HR documents, including contracts and policies, up to date.
- Assist in People & Culture initiatives for workforce and talent management.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of HR experience, focusing on operations and administration.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR practices.
- Able to communicate in both English and Japanese (N1 level).
- Capable of working independently and managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
