Your Responsibilities Translate business strategies into HR initiatives; drive and manage related implementation within the framework Identify, introduce and review the best HR solutions to enhance performance of people and organization Sense potential labor issues, personnel risks and organizational risks in responsible organization enable Talent development/management and Performance management, aligned with business development and strategy, and employee needs Project management of HR related topics (e.g. restructuring, M&A initiatives, change management, employee engagement, organization effectiveness) Align best HR solutions for business critical special areas with key stakeholders The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed 6 - 12 years as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist Business level English and fluent Japanese Strong Communication and employee engagement skills Experience in manufacturing / factories a plus The Benefits You Will Receive Minimum work hours 3.5 hours per day Fantastic work life balance with remote working Future opportunities to work abroad 20 days of paid leave
