Your Responsibilities

• Develop employee engagement initiatives local HR & APAC
• Pair with HR leaders and support changes to company policies
• Pinpoint training needs and coordinate learning programs
• Ensure that HR practices are aligned with labor laws and regulations
• Help develop a vibrant company culture and act as an ambassador for the firm

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

• 4 years+ HRBP or HR Generalist experience in Japan
• Fluent Japanese and English required
• Adaptable and flexible, willingness to challenge yourself
• Internet industry or startup company is desirable
