This is an opportunity for a great communicator with a solid background in sales, or account management. You will need demonstrated experience selling enterprise software solutions.

You will be managing and growing opportunities for our products. You will need to develop relationships with our customers while cultivating new business. Knowledge of technical consulting is an advantage.

This is an international company. Good communication is key to the role. You will need to be fluent in Japanese with business level English this position.

Required Skills

  • Native level Japanese.
  • Business level English.
  • 10 years’ experience in sales or account management.
  • Experience in selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Understanding of customers' business model and workflows; automotive industry expertise strongly preferred.
  • Advanced selling skills (identify, develop, & articulate a complex proposition / consultative selling).
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute a sales plan, ability to use a variety of technology and information systems.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop proposals and recommend appropriate products or services to address client needs.
  • Master of Science or relevant degree preferred.
