- Managing a 10-20 memebers team this team is providing customer support service for B2B customers. Mostly the support is done by phone call/ email. Subscription type of product.
- Making strategy togethe align with team new hiring, synergy with sales / engineer team.
- Managing technical support (L1/L2) activity team and connecting with engineering team if need.
- Able to set up support team in other countries.
The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed
- Fluent Japanese and business level English
- Call center operation management experience
- Team management experience (5 -20 members team)
- Stake holders management skill
- Good understanding about technical support
