Specialized Group is currently searching for a Customer Servie Team Manager for a well-known international cloud solution provider from US.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing a 10-20 memebers team this team is providing customer support service for B2B customers.  Mostly the support is done by phone call/ email. Subscription type of product. 
  • Making strategy togethe align with team new hiring, synergy with sales / engineer team. 
  • Managing technical support (L1/L2) activity team and connecting with engineering team if need. 
  • Able to set up support team in other countries.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

  • Fluent Japanese and business level English 
  • Call center operation management experience
  • Team management experience (5 -20 members team) 
  • Stake holders management skill 
  • Good understanding about technical support
