You will have 3 - 8 years of experience within financial services, preferably within a sales or account management position. 

Your Responsibilities

• Business promotion and client strategy 
• Management and development of existing client base 
• Delivery and education of the firm’s capabilities and platform to clients 
• Collaboration with regional and global teams 
• Identify and execute new business opportunities 

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Knowledge of OTC Derivatives, FX and Money Markets 
• Excellent communicator in both Japanese and English 
• Client focused and proven track record in account management or sales 
• Effective influencer, proactive self-starter 
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen 
• Strategically minded, ambitious and determined
