Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage a global service desk using ITIL principles to ensure smooth operations and support. - Oversee identity and asset management, including user accounts and lifecycle management of PCs and mobile devices. - Develop strategies for Microsoft 365 products like EntraID, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint. - Use ITSM tools to handle and improve incident and service request processes. - Start with domestic operations, expanding to international locations later.
Qualifications: - At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure design and management. - Leadership experience in IT with a focus on system operations. - Skilled in information and cybersecurity management. - Strong understanding of ITIL and project management basics. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. - Experience in global IT infrastructure operations. - Involvement in ERP or similar application development projects. - Business-level proficiency in spoken English is a plus.
