Product Marketing Director for Global Cosmetic Brand

Looking for experienced Product Marketing Director with years of management experiences driving a team to exceed expectations. He/ she will be accountable for strategies of the targeted product stories, Also, he/ she will be responsible for the Japan market and launching new products to tailor to the market.

In addition, he/ she will be accountable for developing sales promotions plans for the new launched products and analyzing the effectiveness of the promotion.

Product Marketing Director is also resoponsible for training mateirals and have great communication skills to work with external parties and stakeholders.

Job Responsiblities:

• Market research
• Optimize product life cycle with effecitve product strategy
• Creating roadmap and mid and long term strategy
• Work closely with other stakeholders and teams
• Provide product training internally and externally
• etc

Job Qualifications:

• Native Japanese language and business level English
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years in product marketing and 2+ yaers in product development
• 5+ years on management experiences
• Able to work hands-on
• Cosmetics, pharmaceutical industies will be plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, leadership, and teamwork
