Luxury Menswear Brand - Merchandising Manager

Overview:

Responsible for driving and taking full ownership of men's RTW/Fabric Accessories

Achieve sales and sell-through targets through full product management and daily merchandising activities

Seasonal buying sessions with numeric analytical skills and deep knowledge of tailoring business

Demonstrate proactive and innovative ideas for further growth of the brand, especially in tailoring

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze market trends, customer demands, and pricing of comprehensive men's fashion and tailoring market

Implement insightful buying for Men's RTW/Fabric Accessories

Take strategic actions to achieve sales budget and sell-through targets

Control inventory levels and allocate merchandise to stores in a timely manner

Monitor sales plans and implement necessary actions with relevant departments

Give feedback to GM and HQ merchandising team on products with quantitative and qualitative analysis

Build relationships with HQ and negotiate for product development and pricing

Forecast AWS of carry-over items by SKU on a quarterly basis

Work closely with VM team to ensure proper image of brand at stores

Conduct product training for all boutique staff, especially tailoring

Plan merchandising assortment for pop-ups and events

Required Competencies:

Demonstrated business acumen, exceptional organizational and prioritization skills

Ability to collect and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data

Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

Strong ethical and integrity standards

Agility to navigate fast-paced environment and deliver quality results
