Global HR Manager - Luxury Fashion / up to 10M JPY
We are looking for a Global HR Manager to join a top luxury fashion company. This role involves working with international partners and staying in touch with our European headquarters. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hiring processes and oversee pay and benefits programs.
- Handle labor issues and ensure payroll runs smoothly.
- Improve evaluation systems and training programs.
- Monitor and control personnel costs through budgeting.
- Support general affairs, including insurance and purchasing.
- Act as a communication link with the European headquarters.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 5 years in Human Resources and General Affairs.
- Business-level English skills.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or luxury brands, preferably in international companies.
- Strong communication and consensus-building skills.
