• Lead the Front Desk team, Guest Experience team and Concierge team
• Ensure a high level of guest service
• Staff support and development
• New open position

Job Needs

• Intermediate level of Japanese and English
• Basic PC skill
• Opera (front operation software) experience
• Front Desk experience (more than 4 years' Front Desk experience)
