We are searching for a VP for the Investment Banking Corporate Advisory team in Tokyo. You will manage M&A transactions and craft corporate finance strategies for a diverse client base.

M&A取引及び企業財務プロジェクトの実施。
詳細な財務分析の実施（DCF、企業比較評価など）。
クライアント企業に対するデューデリジェンスの実行。
会議記録の正確な管理。
クライアント提案用のメモランダムとプレゼンテーションの作成。
市場トレンドの調査及び投資機会の特定。

必要な資格・経験:

投資銀行、Big 4（TAS/FAS）、またはコンサルティング分野での経験。
財務分析能力及び損益計算書、バランスシートに関する知識。
データ管理と調査能力。
優れた分析力。
日本語と英語の流暢なコミュニケーション能力。
