Qualifications
10-15 years in Asset Management or Investment Bank within control or support functions.
Management/leadership experience
Significant experience in the operations of an asset management organisation with good background of the front to back operational workflows and ITM rules
Good organisational skills
A team player with good communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English
Competencies
Strong understanding of the asset management Middle Office functions with high background on market OTC Derivatives
Strong understanding of the regulations/controls applicable to the operations of an asset manager
Proactively interact with the Funds Managers, middle office, Accounting, Change management and others external entities to work on various topics
Demonstrate confidence in discussing complex issues and resolving complex products queries using pragmatic approach
High sense of ownership with the ability to multi-task and support the team
