Our client, a leading company in the FMCG/Beauty industry, is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to enhance brand recognition and maximize product purchase opportunities through strategic trade marketing initiatives. This role offers the chance to contribute to company-wide sales growth by developing trade stories and communication tools, while collaborating with sales and other departments to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop trade marketing strategies for brand awareness

- Create sales materials and selling stories

- Manage trade marketing budget

- Analyze market trends and POS data

- Support sales efficiency with proposal tools

- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams

- Plan promotional materials and in-store displays

- トレードマーケティング予算の管理

- 市場動向やPOSデータの分析

- 提案ツールによる営業効率のサポート

- 営業・マーケティングチームとの連携

Qualifications

- 3+ years of data-driven sales experience in FMCG industry

- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint for document creation

- Fluency in English without discomfort

- Experience in trade marketing or marketing for 2+ years is preferred but not mandatory

- FMCG業界での3年以上のデータ駆動型営業経験

- Word、Excel、PowerPointを使用した文書作成スキル

- 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーションが可能な方

- トレードマーケティングまたはマーケティングでの2年以上の経験があれば尚可
