We are looking for a proactive Talent Management professional for a temporary role in Tokyo with a leading global IT company.

This position is perfect for those with a passion for human resources and a desire to make a difference in an international setting. You will work from home four days a week, providing a great balance between work and life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and apply strategies to attract and keep top talent.
- Work with different teams to support employee growth and improve company performance.
- Use data to improve how we find and manage talent.
- Build a positive work culture that supports innovation and growth.

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience in talent management, HR, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
- Experience managing talent programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and handle changing priorities.
