Talent Acquisition Partner – Pharmaceutical Industry
We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner for a leading pharmaceutical company in Japan. You will lead recruitment efforts, working closely with the HR Director to find and attract top talent in the healthcare field. Your role will involve shaping recruiting strategies and making important decisions to keep the company competitive in hiring the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and carry out a talent acquisition strategy that supports business goals, including employer branding and improving the candidate experience.
- Oversee RPO and Hub teams to ensure they follow global processes and deliver excellent recruitment services.
- Manage the entire recruitment process for senior roles, using advanced sourcing techniques and providing strategic advice to business units.
- Review recruitment data to spot trends and improve processes, using insights to support strategic decisions.
- Work on initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand to attract and keep top talent.
- Introduce advanced recruitment technologies to make operations more efficient for hiring managers and candidates.
- Build strong relationships with talent management, hiring, and HR teams to ensure alignment and support internal talent growth.
