Specialized Group is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager role based in Tokyo for a client in the travel sector. This role provides opportunities for travel within Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an annual recruitment plan.
- Manage a talent acquisition team.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Build relationships with educational and professional entities.
- Work with internal teams to enhance employer branding.
- Identify and evaluate recruitment channels.
- Manage relationships and assess performance of external recruitment agencies.
- Develop reports.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years in recruitment, with manager experience preferred.
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Recruitment and negotiation skills.
- Communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws.
