主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:
- - センターの損益および収益管理
- - 顧客関係チームの監督とリーダーシップ
- - ラグジュアリー環境における高いサービス基準の確保
- - 契約更新やクライアントとの関係構築に関する交渉
- - 日常業務と施設メンテナンスの管理
- - チームメンバーのための研修プログラムの実施と監督
- - 経費の監視と管理
- - Oversee centre P&L and revenue management
- - Supervise and lead the Engagement Team
- - Ensure high service standards in luxury environment
- - Conduct business negotiations for renewals and reinstatements
- - Manage daily operations and facilities maintenance
- - Implement and oversee training programs for team members
- - Develop and maintain client relationships
- - Monitor and control centre expenses
応募資格 / Qualifications:
- - ホスピタリティマネジメントでの5年以上の経験
- - 損益管理の経験
- - 優れた顧客サービススキル
- - チームのリーダーシップと監督の経験
- - Salesforceまたは類似のCRMツールの使用経験
- - 日本語と英語の流暢な能力
- - ラグジュアリーホテルやオフィス管理の経験がある方が望ましいが、必須ではありません
- - 基本的なITトラブルシューティングの知識
- - 5+ years of experience in hospitality management
- - Experience with P&L management
- - Strong customer service skills
- - Experience in team leadership and supervision
- - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- - Fluency in Japanese and English
- - Experience in luxury hotel or office management is preferred but not mandatory
- - Knowledge of basic IT troubleshooting
