Responsibilities:
- - Lead and manage Talent Acquisition department staff.
- - Develop and implement long-term recruitment plans.
- - Manage the entire hiring process, from finding candidates to hiring.
- - Lead employer branding strategy.
- - Use data to track and improve the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- - At least 8 years of relevant experience (talent acquisition, recruitment)
- - Experience in in-house talent acquisition.
- - Ability to lead a team.
- - Experience in IT or consumer tech recruitment (preferred).
- - Interest in marketing & employer branding; experience preferred.
- - Fluent in Japanese.
