Our client, a leading company in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Cluster HR Director for a confidential position. This role offers the unique opportunity to influence business strategies directly and manage a 6-member HR team while coordinating with international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning for property
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage employee compensation and benefits strategy
- Oversee HR staff training and development
- Coordinate HR activities with regional and property leadership
- Ensure compliance with EEO laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in HR or management operations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Knowledge of HRIS Systems and PeopleSoft software
- Experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Understanding of compensation and benefits principles
- Familiarity with EEO laws and regulations
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
