Responsibilities:

- - Participate in broader HR activities (eg. system design and labor support).
Qualifications:
- - At least 3 years of direct recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
- - Proven success in recruiting for the manufacturing or robotics industry.
- - Desire to upskill & learn new HR skills.
- - Must be fluent in Japanese.
