This role is important for creating recruitment plans and bringing in top talent to support the company's growth. You will lead a team, develop effective hiring strategies, and work in an innovative environment.

Qualifications:

- Experience in recruitment within the manufacturing industry is preferred
- Leadership in managing a recruitment team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and management
- Experience with recruitment-related tools
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English is a plus
