Our client, a global leader in medical technologies, is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for Japan.
This role offers the opportunity to shape talent acquisition practices and lead recruitment strategies across Japan, contributing to the APAC TA Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment in Japan
- Design sourcing strategies with business leaders
- Monitor and report talent acquisition metrics
- Align regional and global recruitment processes
- Drive compliance with local regulations and data integrity
- Mentor and support local recruitment team
- Collaborate on talent branding initiatives
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of recruiting experience (mandatory)
- 4+ years of direct people management experience (mandatory)
- Business level fluency in English and Japanese (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Global exposure or US multinational experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools
- Knowledge of Japanese employment legislation and policies
- Experience in talent branding and recruitment marketing
- Strong project and change management skills
- Ability to travel regionally and globally (~10%)
