Our client are a growing fintech startup recruiting is seeking a a senior Talent Acquisition candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Develop recruitment plans to attract top talent across multiple functions (using job boards, SNS, and face-to-face networking).
• Manage the full recruitment process.
• Assess candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop Employer Branding content.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition (both in-house, or agency).
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
• Experience recruiting for FinTech / IT (preferred).
• Experience recruiting tech, sales, and marketing roles (preferred).
