Our client are a global technology / software company, recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner Manager.
This role is about making sure the company's objectives align with its employees and management.
Responsibilities:
- - Lead & manage a team.
- - Turn long-term visions into strategic HR initiatives.
- - Develop short-term, mid-term, and long-term HR strategy.
- - Strategic advice on broad range of HR functions (workforce planning, organization design, change management, and culture).
Qualifications:
- - Broad range of HR experience.
- - Experience in providing coaching to senior staff
- - Experience building / developing teams.
- - Must be fluent in Japanese.
