Our client, a tech industry leader, is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive strategic HR initiatives in an international environment with an almost fully remote setup. This role offers the opportunity to lead HR transformation projects and build partnerships across all levels of a matrix organization, enhancing organizational strength and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Lead HR strategic projects and initiatives
  • - Partner on organizational development and talent management
  • - Collaborate with HR CoE Team for effective HR services
  • - Advise on HR policies and employee relations
  • - HR戦略プロジェクトやイニシアチブのリード
  • - 組織開発およびタレントマネジメントにおけるパートナーシップの構築
  • - HRセンターオブエクセレンス（CoE）チームとの連携による効果的なHRサービスの提供
  • - 人事方針および従業員関係に関するアドバイスの提供



Qualifications:

  • - 5+ years of HR experience in tech industry
  • - Experience in organizational development and talent management
  • - Proficiency in HR project management
  • - Fluency in English and Japanese
  • - Experience with remote work environments
  • - Strong relationship-building skills
  • - テクノロジー業界での5年以上の人事経験
  • - 組織開発およびタレントマネジメントの経験
  • - HRプロジェクトマネジメントのスキル
  • - 英語と日本語に堪能であること
  • - リモートワーク環境での経験
  • - 優れた関係構築能力
