Key Responsibilities:
- Support CTO function with HR strategies
- Build relationships with senior leadership
- Design HR strategies to meet business objectives
- Lead talent and succession planning processes
- Coordinate global HR resources for organizational capability
- Implement change management initiatives
- Develop policies to enhance organizational value
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in HRBP (mandatory)
- Japanese above fluent, English above business level (mandatory)
- Experience in the medical device industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with talent and succession planning
- Experience in organizational development and change management
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior leadership
