Our client, a globally leading specialty chemicals company, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for their rapidly growing Japan business. This role offers the opportunity to support and drive HR initiatives in a transformative environment, partnering with divisional leaders to align HR processes with business strategies. The position provides global responsibilities and the chance to oversee 400-500 employees, influencing business decisions and supporting growth.

業務内容：

- リーダーと協力してビジネス戦略を策定
- HRプロセスを企業基準に合わせる
- 複雑な従業員関係の問題を解決
- パフォーマンス指標を分析し改善策を提案
- HRイニシアティブに関するリーダーのコーチングとメンタリング
- M&AのHR側面を管理
- 必要に応じて労働組合と協力

応募資格：

- 多国籍製造業における5年以上のHRBP経験
- 日本語ネイティブレベルおよび高い英語スキル
- M&Aの経験
- 労働組合との経験があれば尚可
- 人事または関連分野の学位があれば尚可
