Responsibilities:
- Provide HR leadership and assistance for multiple offices across Japan.
- Recommend, develop and improve HR programs and policies.
- Provide HR support across the business.
- Manage employee relations issues; coach managers on best practice.
- Manage succession planning, salary planning, performance management, and organization design.
- Investigate and resolve employee concerns.
- Conduct internal audits.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of HR experience
- Experience as a HRBP (strongly preferred).
- Leadership, problem-solving, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Must be fluent in Japanese.
- Experience in a global / international environment (preferred).
