On behalf of our client, a leading global cloud and AI technology organization, we are seeking a Senior Director of Security Sales to lead and grow a high-impact security business in Japan, working closely with global teams to drive strategy, revenue, and customer engagement.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for security solutions in Japan.
- Build and mentor a high-performing regional sales team.
- Drive revenue growth and customer success across enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to scale AI and cloud security offerings.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including channel partners, to expand market reach.
- Proven track record in enterprise software, cloud, or cybersecurity sales.
- Experience identifying and solving customer cybersecurity challenges.
- Leadership experience managing quota-carrying teams, coaching, or mentoring sales professionals.
- Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, market trends, and ecosystem.
- Experience working with partners and building networks in the Japanese market is a plus.
