Plan and implement tailor-made training program with Account Managers and Plaza (Shop) team that meets the needs of Distributers and is in line with company's strategy.
Understand the learning method to provide the most effective content and provide it at the optimal timing.
Provide information and training to support Distributer's success with presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills through ILT/VILT.
Plan and implement "Train the Trainer program" for Distributer leaders.
Prepare tools / materials suitable for Distributer needs and provide optimal training experience.
Share best practices with team members.
Implement products and business training program including leadership, coaching, growth mindset.
