The Sales Director – Card Payments is responsible for driving new business and revenue growth across credit-card issuers, acquiring banks, processors, and card-scheme partners. The role focuses on selling payment technology, processing platforms, and value-added services into highly regulated, enterprise financial-services clients. This is a senior, quota-carrying role requiring strong executive engagement, complex deal management, and a deep understanding of the card-payments ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end sales for card-payments solutions, from pipeline development through contract negotiation and close
Develop and execute a territory and account strategy targeting credit-card issuers, acquirers, processors, and card networks
Engage senior stakeholders (C-suite, Heads of Cards, Payments, IT, Risk, Compliance) at client organisations
