Roles and Responsibilities

 Attend meetings and facilitate conversation and communication between English speakers, Japanese counterparts via consecutive interpretations
 Interpret as accurately as possible, making sure to maintain the original meaning, format andtone
 Highlight and convey possible cultural references that cannot be interpreted directly
 Note taking and ensure proper documentation for interpretation done

Requirements

 Minimum 5 years of experience in doing interpretation and translation for commercial settings Familiarity with the meaning of phrases, a thorough understanding of Japanese culture and
terminology
 A keen eye for detail, Ability to handle confidentiality information
